This Privacy Policy explains how Behailu N Awlaye, an individual operating as Screenframe (“Screenframe”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Screenframe (the “Service”). If you have questions, email support@screenframe.io.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Google or register with an email and password. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
- Your content — the app screenshots you upload and the designs, text, and projects you create.
- Usage data — how many AI generations you use, projects you create, and basic technical logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) needed to run and secure the Service.
- Billing data — handled by our payment provider Paddle. We receive your subscription status and limited billing metadata, but we do not receive or store your full card details.
How we use it
- to provide the Service — analyzing your screenshots, generating designs and copy, and saving your projects;
- to enforce plan limits and process subscriptions;
- to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law; and
- to respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to train our own models.

To operate the Service, we share limited data with the following processors:

Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms and security commitments.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
We keep Your Content and account data while your account is active. You can delete individual projects at any time. When you request account deletion, we remove your account and associated content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request account deletion, email support@screenframe.io.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
