Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Screenframe (the “Service”), operated by Behailu N Awlaye, an individual (“Screenframe”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Screenframe helps you generate App Store and Google Play marketing screenshots from your own app screenshots, including AI-assisted analysis, layout generation, and copy suggestions. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the screenshots, text, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content you have no right to use;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass limits of the Service;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
  • use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Plans, billing, and free tier

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and a paid Pro subscription. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, who is the seller of record for your purchase. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. AI-generated output

AI-generated designs and copy are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing it to any app store, and for ensuring it complies with the relevant store guidelines and applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, templates, and branding, is owned by Screenframe and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or software except the limited right to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screenframe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us (see Contact).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law & contact
